KARACHI: Ayesha Obaid, a pregnant woman who was seriously injured by gunmen in a Mirpurkhas village on Friday, died on Sunday night at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). Ayesha married Hassan Raza on June 25, and the two had been moving from town to town because Ayesha had changed her sect from Sunni to Shia, invoking the ire of her father, Qari Obaidullah. Hassan told reporters on Monday that he had sent Ayesha, his second wife, to live with a relative in Mirpurkhas after their house in Landhi was set on fire a few days ago, adding that he too was in hiding with his first wife and children. Hassan has appealed to the authorities for protection, fearing a reprisal from Ayesha’s family. staff report

First and foremost - weapons prove nothing. Most of the weapons used by Dawood is also Indian, Weapons used by Kasab were Chinese - So is India financing Dawood and China behind Kasab. Weapons trade is a major racket and often done illegally.

Let me stand corrected Weapons Alone do not prove anything.

I am sure you must have seen several other hazy lines along with photographs of Pakistani weapons listing other information / issues. And these weapons were not made in Pakistan but entire trail of weapons and equipment sale indicated it being sold in Pakistan market.

Sir, Here is a secret, you know we have a super duper agency whose name is RAW (!!)....It has bases in USA, UK, Cental Asia, Cental East Asia, South Asia etc etc... Also since we have our agent at every stage/institution in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Isreal, Bangladesh and other countless countries. We can do anything, kill anyone. We have hidden bases all acroos globe.....There are other things as well we might not know even.

Warrants issued for ex-Pak envoy in US for issuing passport to Indian

ISLAMABAD: Arrest warrants for Pakistan’s former consul general in Houston, US, have been issued on the charge of issuing a Pakistani passport to an Indian national, the Supreme Court (SC) was informed on Thursday.

A three-member bench, consisting of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Ghulam Rabbani and Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, was hearing an appeal by Assistant Consul General Muhammad Naeem, who is in custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for the last 17 months. Naeem was arrested in connection with the issuance of a forged Pakistani passport to Aziz Moosa, an Indian national. The passport bears his name as Sayyed Ali.

Appearing on notice, NAB Prosecutor General Dr Danishwar Malik told the court that warrants for the arrest of Ghulam Rasool had been issued and the accused would be brought to court soon. The court also rejected the bail plea of Naeem and disposed of the case with directions to NAB to decide the case within three months.
