Yes,especially when protesters are showing Pakistan's flag instead of Azad Kashmir's flag.Especially when most of the top militant leaders are Pakistani born punjabis and such.Especially when these militants are recruited,trained and sent by Pakistan.Especially when Pakistan don't even bother to arrest UN designated terrorists at the first place.

The US no longer funds the NDS precisely because of its involvement in both helping terrorists, and the drug trade; lest we forget, the US has raided NDS conveys and arrested major TTP leaders from NDS custody.
