Yep. A punching bag has been found for the region and everybody wants a piece of it.

Lashkar gah is under siege and lunduz has basically fallen. The airport is the last point left. Its not our fault that your incompetent army allowed the Taliban to come back and retake the city a year it fell to the Taliban. This is massive especially considering everybody including the governor was saying kunduz will never fall again.

But we will be blamed and it sickens me and it frustrates me.

Lolzz by punching bag I meant by words as they all start abusing and blaming pakistan the moment something goes wrong. I am expecting statements against Pakistan soon especially if lashkar gah follows suit.

Taliban have released video of the center under their control.

@Arsalan I suggest ANA can win if they call there allies Indians,they will kill Taliban without noise you they have special helis which are not detected in areas where scramble is in 3 minutes and AA fire in 10 seconds of bandit conformation,if these stealth helis failed then they have invisible commando force who can treak into area which is mined and thundered of troops at guard.

I get the pun but this is true as well. In fact even without any support ANA is going to recapture the city soon. However that must not be considered a success. That is how Talibans operate and i hope Afghan government will use some sense and address the root cause and the realize that only way forward is through dialogue!! Admitting how out of control the situation really is will be a nice first step towards getting it all under control. As long as blaming others is considered the easier way out no real effort will be made to resolve the problem.

Dude. We were blamed fully the last time. I remember last year that I and many posters made the same posts but the afghan media and govt blamed it on us. Remember the Pakistani generals were leading the assault rubbish. This time will be no different. I am not sure but wasn't it exactly the same date.

Anyhow TOLO news is reporting that they have taken the main city square. Banda an kia kahay. How the hell will you bring Taliban on talks when you keep losing capitals? The ANA needs wins to pressurize the Taliban into talks. On the other hand Helmand capital lashkar gah is being contested whilst the Helmand police chief was killed in NASA district of Helmand.

ANA needs to turn the tide to bring Taliban on table. With these victories they will never come to talks.
