Let them carry out the special raids. How successful have they been in Afghanistan?

They know it quite well that they simply don't have the capacity to deal with the blowback from these raids. These raids will destabilize Afghanistan even more and will threaten to bring down the fragile so called democratic government in Afghanistan. The last thing the Americans want is a destabilized Afghanistan being ruled by Taliban and other local war lords. This threat is only meant for domestic consumption and just to pile pressure on Pakistan, nothing else.

I think US is breaching Pakistan's sovereignty every other day (Drone Attacks). Pakistan should do something to stop it.

It is just as troubling that trucks full of explosives are able to enter Afghanistan undetected by NATO and Afghan forces, travel long distances withing Afghanistan, apparently bypassing all security posts and patrols by Afghan and NATO forces, and conduct attacks.

This obviously indicates that NATO and Afghan forces are complicit in the bombings occurring in Afghanistan - the sheer magnitude of the security and intelligence failure by NATO and Afghan forces is inexplicable otherwise.

They can't secure the border, they can't stop the movement of the insurgents, but they can surely make a difference when they attack the camps where these insurgent are trained, gets weapons and ammunition and shelter. That's why US wants Pakistan to attack on those camps which is on its soil....and that's why US has planned Special forces raid inside Pakistan coz of Pakistan is, either don't want to or can't do.

How is that the US has not been able to take out these 'camps' with its drone strikes then? What have all these drone strikes accomplished if there all all these 'camps, shelters and weapons caches' that supposedly US Special Forces raids will destroy? Why have they already not been taken out by US drone strikes?

The truth is that the there is no large scale organized infrastructure along the lines being suggested in Waziristan, or it would have been destroyed already. How many drone strikes occurred in just the one week after the NATO Conference in Chicago? Yet there were some very spectacular a large scale Taliban attacks in Afghanistan after all those drone strikes.

How would US SF raids done any better (or do better in the future) than several missiles/PGM's launched from US drones?

Not that easy, its terrain is damn complicated, border is very porous which makes it very hard to stop these insurgents who know the area very well.
