The local government is unwilling to punish them， I went there to make movies in 2013， I have had many contacts with them. not that bad， they just want to get more money. If you can afford it, Unhappy though ，But I do not hate them.

How come! Tibet was a paradise with serfs and religious overlords and China has killed all the good culture of the free people of Tibet!

They even made movies around this theme. When I was in the US, some neofascist US professors would stamp free tibet sticker on their office doors.

That needs regulation. In that case, I just avoid those people and just enjoy the scene.

In the end, it is a transaction. If there are less buyers, they will need to reduce the price. But, for rich tourists, I think that's OK. Those shoppers also need to earn money
