Taiwanese women aren't even that hot. The most famous Taiwanese women I know of would be Joe Chen and Michelle Chen. If that's the best Taiwan got, then I'm sorely disappointed, I see too many women hotter than them in Beijing.

If the examinees are ethinic Hans from HK and Taiwan, they certainly would pass the tests with flying colors. Indians and other races would be kept back in HK/Taiwan never allowed to set foot on the mainland to work and live! That's great it's obvious India's domestic economy cannot keep up with the growing population. Also Indian diaspora is so prominent globally that you can find them at all positions from the Governments, to businessmen to factory workers and other blue collar positions.
