Anyways, the agrarian issue isn't the main issue for us, as we don't really import US agrarian goods, but from Vietnam, the Philippines and from China. The main point of contention between the US and Japan is on automobile / industrial trade processes. In fact the bulk of the Japanese-American bilateral trade (which is north of $200 Billion per annum) is mostly on industrial / manufacturing import / export.

That is what I saying. Even for Japan, such a developed country, there is something for them to worry. I just don't understand the point of view of Vietnam for TPP

Well, they would , by proxy, become the main agrarian provider to the developed economies of Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. In fact, not only agrarian, but fish imports based. They will become the preferred manufacturing site, along with the Philippines, Malaysia in Southeast Asia.

They shall , to refer to Bush's terminology, experience the Trickle Down Effect of investments.
