Unconfirmed reports have it that for the war against Boko Haram, Nigeria’s Buhari government has ordered the T129 Attack copter, expected to arrive in three months.

Masallah! Good for Turkey, good for Nigeria against those Boko Haram RATS! Still, let's wait for confirmation. And let's hope there are more orders, Nigeria should have at least 12 of these beauties. T-129, killing terrorists everywhere.

Edit: ah sh!t, ain't gonna happen. Turkey needs US licenses to export these. The US stopped Israel from selling old Cobra's to Nigeria. Hint: they don't want Boko Haram destroyed quickly. Same in Iraq with their Russian chopper deals. Hope I'm wrong though.

TAI's T129 Export Hopes Hinge on US License

IR-TR Debka Files, unfortunately piad section

Guy, don't even read Debka. If they were a realistic source, Iran today would have 250 Sukhoi 30's and some 100 IL-78 large airlifters. In other words, they're a propaganda fear mongering source. Just google it.
