Dear @mohsen posted a video link (a post above you) that documented the tragedy and can shed a light on the subject..
But you're right at the end of day nothing would change and sadly it's civilians esp kids and women who are the real victims of the war, a war that they've got nothing to do with .... actually If I had such a option which I could stop all sort of wars and establish a long lasting peace across the globe for the sake of humanity I would take it but I don't have ....
