You need foreign media and sponsored NGO's to sniff out such individual crimes. Whereas our media is paid by the elite Congress persons who usually own these media houses to highlight these crimes to shame BJP and Modi. These sort of crimes happen everyehere. Most of the Indian tourists have been robbed while in Europe and it never gets highlighted.
