After Peshawar incident we need to do some major changes in our security and police . First as this Elite Police is being used mostly for VVIP we need to give it the status which Special Protection has in India. And start a completely new unit under supervision of Zarrar Company of SSG called SWAT they should be given exactly same training which Zarrar company of SSG gets from Police and Civilians we need to hire people for SWAT give them best Anti Terrorist and Hostage Rescue training, they should at least 15000 in numbers. They should be equipped with Guns like Colt M4 or HK G36 or similar and snipers like AS50 and Marksman Rifle like HK M28.
They should also be equipped with helicopters and trained for helliborn operations. And they should be place in every major city along with there helicopters for example 1500 place in Lahore 1500 placed in Karachi and 1000 in Peshawar and 1000 in Quetta and other cities too like Faisalabad and Multan and Hyderabad. And we also need to increase funds for IB and FIA and for next 10 years we should make those retired Major Generals head of these agencies who have served in Anti Terrorism wings of ISI. And we need to do it fast.
