India HAS Maintained Article 370 so that UN resolution can be passed. But in PÖK the population is mixed and the credibility of preamble is questionable as it will be illegitimate when non Kashmiris will decide sitting in PÖK. There fore NO Preamble no UN resolution can be passed anymore.

There are probably more indian soldiers in IOK than kashmiris. So please spare me the legal talk.

Soldiers do not vote. The vote is done by registered civilians of a state, district, town, village as per the act. In Srinagar only Kashmiris are registered as per the artical 370 but in PÖK every one is registered, be it Balochi, Sindhi, Punjabi, saraiki, etc residing their and working there.

So what Azad kashmir has been part of pakistan since 1948. It is not like we will be handing over kashmir to india anyway and same goes for india.

Azad kashmir is a part of pakistan so any pakistani can live and work there. Secondly when was the last time UN did anything usefull. It is just a lame excuse for a union.
