Don't worry, if there is no evidence, he will be freed by the courts. We give a fully free and fair trial for every terrorist who is captured, be it Kasab or Afzal guru. We will let them get the best legal representation they can afford, or their native countries would offer. Should the home country not give him any, then India will give him a public prosecutor, at the Indian taxpayers' expense. Indian courts are notoriously difficult to get a conviction from, and even then the punishment is milder than most countries give. So if you are right that no evidence would be furnished, he will be set free. So it is not like Pakistan, where captured militants are shot dead point blank with no trial, and rarely have a trial in a civilian court. We have a wonderfully independent judiciary, when it comes to things like that. So currently he can prepare to be judged, not shot. Very civilized of us, wouldn't you say?

It just tells you the quality of these ppl. Just taking an opportunity when the military tired to help the ppl. Oh well, let them suffer. Maybe its part of a design but let it be. IF they hate it so much, then let them leave and never ever come back. I don;t even understand why we allow them to meet up others in Pakistan where they can plan ahead.
