What can India potentially offer?

• What is India willing to offer in exchange of restraint from Pakistan?
• Can Nirandra Modi and Shushma Suvraj come to Pakistan, apologies to people of Pakistan, then go back to Azad Kashmir and plant 10 trees?
• You have to accept there were no training camps and you didn't destroyed them and
• Pakistan wasn't involved in Pulwama - which it wasn't and admit you blamed without evidence.

If you ask restraint, are you willing to pay this price?
