Is there a Pakistani 'Kulbushan Jhadav' the serving Indian navy commander, now here in Pakistan. It goes both ways, it is not that India is on the receiving end and Pakistan not. India has more resources being a much bigger country to do all that.

thats just one person we managed to capture.. its more of a failure of pakistan's agencies than lack of indian agencie's effort ... pakistan is the backyard of RAW since soviet days, we got the capability, the political masters have got the intention... there has been multiple sneaky utterances from forces(confessing/bragging) suggesting we are involved deep inside pakistan. its upto you to believe it or not..

You claim you don't boast about the Afghan patients but then you claim you spend billions of rupees for their treatment.

I cited it to put it in the right perspective, there are dozens of threads, dozens of media articles(in Indian media) about Pak patients being treated in Indian hospitals and how India is doing this great thing, and Pakistan is not reciprocating...Indian media is full with it, the reason you and other Indians knew about it, as nobody knows first hand that Paksitani patients are treated in some Indian specialty hospitals.

And that post was not oxymoron for the simple fact that i simply cited an Afghan media(web/blog) report, so as to build my point.

It is not that Pak media has started this narrative 'Afghanistan is not a friendly country with Pakistan and hospitals in Pak are treating Afghans for free'.

It is like the difference between the messenger and the message. No media hype in Pakistan about that, Indian media is full with these Pak Patients visiting India reports.

He was not a simpleton, he was not the mercenary, he was the main handler, the master mind, the Chief Operating Officer of the terror network in Pakistan, and about 400 people, the sleeper cell, the hired guns were rounded up in Pakistan.

Hint: what do you think is the reason that after the busting of Kulbushan Jhadav network in Pakistan, the terror related incidences subsided markedly, earlier a bomb blast, killings in Balochistan/Karachi was a daily routine, now they are all gone, few and far between.

This was one of the major reason, apprehending the big fish Kulbushan Jhadav.

Well, we have 29 states and more than 100 new networks in local and English language, large news paper networks. What do you expect them to fill their columns/sections with?

And I disagree with your claim, there are news about it in Pak networks about Afghan patients.

Also, you need to stop complaining about what Indian media does, we or the government don't control them. They are run by groups, directors or corporations with particular political interests. You just have to live with it.

It is all marketing strategic gimmickry by the 'Indian medical tourism' industry, since it is run as an industry and unlike a selling commodity whose advertising can be placed in any media, Indian specialty hospitals has to hire Indian media(many a times Pak media as well) to do the marketing trick.

Unlike a product, other services, there are restrictions in advertising hospitals, and advertising medicines as well(hope u know about it). Solution: indulge in media reports, that has not been restricted. Also there are few marketing companies in Pakistan who promotes and recommend Indian hospitals to gullible Pakistani patients, who are desperate, and they are not doing this service for free, I am sure.

You give really funny excuses and explanations .
You see more Bangladeshi come to india for treatment with similar set health issue as pakistan , but they never get the media attention as patients from pakistan as the media report have hardly anything to do with promotions of indian hospitals and lot more to with the inimical relations that India and pakistan share . So Pakistani patients in India makes news in both India and pakistan as stories human lives involved between two hostile nation.
