Surface To Air Missiles operated by Pakistan

it's not a problem for Pakistan one of my pal who works at SPD told me that producing any kind of missils system is not problem for us,look at RAAD ALCM,in Asia there is no weapon like that but he told me that funds are problem.in case of cortale 4000 they have done something with rocket motors like They used advanced solid-fuel composite rocket motor, which has a relatively slow burning rate compared to similar motors, as well as being essentially smokeless.
Sory dear friend ,
But would you like to tell us , which series of SAMs ever developed by Pakistan by its own ?
If not ,? Why not ?
With so much land radius of our country , it looks funny why , we are still unable to develop or buy , a long range SAM with good quantities of it ?

We especially lack long range SAMS both in case of land or naval defense.
& there is no one to answer that question ?
We should have made LONG RANGE SAMS up until now , but our war doctrine still sticking in 90 s , that our enemy will come inside near & only to our military installations ?
Thats a really crazy logic ?
