Well, that's funny, clearly if something doesn't implicate the BJP in wrongdoing it must be corruption and not coz the person so accusing has confirmation bias.

When CJI Rajan Gogoi was to be selected for the Chief Justice post, some BJP supporters were casting aspersions on the fact the CJI Rajan Gogoi's father was the CM for Assam from Congress, but now when Congress has been caught lying for months, now its suddenly "BJP magic"?

Our judiciary proves again unlike some countries', that it is just and that the Rafale "Scam" was absolute BS from the very start and in all probability was an attempt to curb public perception to win elections.

In a big relief to the Narendra Modi government, the Supreme Court today dismissed all pleas to probe the Rafale fighter jet deal, which was used as a major poll plank by the opposition parties in the recent Assembly polls. The judgement comes as a major vindication for Prime Minister Narendra Modi who was personally accused of corruption by the Opposition Congress.
While hearing a bunch of pleas alleging criminality in Rafale deal and seeking court-monitored probe into it, the apex court had asked wide-ranging questions from the government on issues including lack of sovereign guarantee from the French government, selection of Indian offset partner by the Dassault Aviation and need of entering into Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) with France.

Reliance Defense is a completely different subsidiary, and belongs to Anil Ambani, Mukesh Ambani has no public stake in it. And the relation between two brothers are far from cordial.
