Why SC hasn't given any opinion on the matter of disqualification?

I thought where the period of disqualification is not mentioned, it is assumed to be the lifetime. Same was decided in NS's case, so why SC has given authority back to the crooks?

But, the parliament should make a clear law on this going into the future.

The more important things is, was this an organic decisions, or a lollipop to the PTI and public by the estab? A face saving opportunity? PTI gets a piece of the pie in Punjab, SC gets to save face as well.

IMO, the election should be considered void and declared as no party having majority, since the votes of dissenting members are not counted. We should now be proceeding to the second stage of voting where a simple majority does the job.

Since governor rejected buzdar resignation he should be defacto CM till asked to get votes form ounjab assembly by the governor

The SC can only interpret the laws, but it cannot make them. If the Constitution does not say anything about a particular situation, the SC must send the issue back to the legislature which can clarify the law in keeping with any other relevant clauses that may apply to the situation. That is the correct due process.

Just shows how everything is manipulated and controlled by the NEUTRALS in Pakistan. The judges are nothing more than dancing monkeys. This decision is the NEUTRALS aka Army is trying to throw some bones at IK to appease him and throw his off balance. This decision could have come much, much earlier resulting in Federal Government still intact, Punjab Govt still intact, and Pakistan economy still intact. Pakistan is now close to defaulting with US dollar reserves running out.

The NEUTRALS are doing this because they are afraid of the Awam coming out onto the streets, and because for the first time Awam understands what the NEUTRALS/ARMY have done to this country.
