Yes To be honest the SC should be dissolved and every decision should be taken in GA on 2/3rd majority voting basis if you really want my opinion.

Nope.. because Chinese are consistent in their own way. They do speak out but privately not publicly. They even had to deal with their own refugee problem in their own border.

India on the other hand try to establish itself as moral authority in this region. They keep on jabbering regarding hindu minority in BD, Pakistan or even as far as middle east and fiji. But they encourage or keep mum on MM atrocities.

You Indians keep shut.. and nobody will give a $hit about you.
