When Russia violates our air space, armed with nuclear weapons, we do not think that being neutral makes any difference to them.
So there is zero advantage staying neutral, and plenty of drawbacks. If Russia actually sees a difference, they are not communicating that clearly with their actions.

My suggestion for Russia is to use rocket launcher to bomb Helsinki in 24/7 model. No need to enter Finland territory. Just one rocket per hour. Enough to destory Finland economy.
