[SUPER CHINA] THEN & NOW | FROM ASHES TO PROSPERITY 超级中国崛起

Nice video, thanks for sharing bro
We've came a long way, we shall kept humble and work even harder for our "Chinese Dream" to come true when the time is right:china:
The suffering of my ancestors and the cruelty of the invaders made my blood boiled
Will never forget nor to forgive

Japan chose a both good timing and bad timing to invade China. Good timing because it's when Japan's power was at its peak and China happened to be at its lowest point. Bad timing because in the same era China owned a toughest and smartest army in the history----red army and its never seen genius leader Mao Zedong.

Let's talk about controversial topic and it's quite fun as long as you are mature enough...

Have you ever heard about Black Dragon Society in Japan?

It's an organization to save China and whole East Asia from Western colonization.

The reason why Japanese empire invaded China during WW2. You know, China is at the lowest point the time, being bullied by Western powers, and Japan need to save China.

Don't forget Japan became UK's ally in 1902. Why Japanese wanted to kick its ally out of East Asia? Black Dragon Society sponsored Sun Yat-sen for two reasons: 1, Sun committed Manchuria would be given to Japan once his revolution succeeded(Didn't fulfill). 2, They wanted to fragment China by sponsoring anti-government force. Which unfortunately they achieved.

China has always been Japan first target. Forget about the "save China from colonization" bullshit. If you were a Japanese living in the early 20th century, when Japan was still very weak compared to western countries, all you thought is how to protect Japan from westerners invasion. Never dreamed to kick them out.

Save china? that is load of crap.
Imperial japan needed resources to keep her war machines running, hence manchuria + sout east asia was invaded by them with the pretext of Asia for Asians - free them from western imperials colonist.

Japan was a impeialist expansionist, first they annex independent Ryukyu Kingdom (today's Okinawa), then they colonised Korea. From Korea they invaded North China, and colonised Manchuria for timber, mineral and food (agricultural land). Then their appetite grow larger, they wanted to conquer China within 3 months!

When US threatened to stopped supplying oil to Japan, they attacked Pearl Harbour. They then moved south to South East Asia for the rich timber, mineral, rubber and oil resources in Malaya (Malaysia), Dutch East India (Indonesia), Vietnam, Philippines, Myamar etc.

It was all about a dream of a imperial Japan wanting to expand its control in East Asia for all types of resources that the Japan islands were lacking. And after expelling the Western colonial powers under the pretext of freeing the East Asians, Japan took their roles as the new colonial master in East Asia. The emperor of Japan thus became the emperor of occupied East Asia, any one showed disrepect of the Japanese emperor will have their heads chopped off.

Please don't kid us. It is not amusing.
In fighting Japenese, the Red army or the Mao did a damn tiny contribution.
Please learn more, and don't make such a statement no more, that is just humilating the true heroes, specially KMT.

They have build their country well. Infra is at par with any western counterparts. Laughable when one hear the rat-indians comparing themselves or giving this narrative that they are in competition with China.

No. I'm not kidding you. Corrupt and incompetent KMT performed really bad in the war. It's the tough and smart red army that impressed Japanese invaders. If the whole country was controlled by KMT, China could have lost the war.

I think Japan saw an opportunity as they studied/leveraged modern Western War Technology used in Europe before and during WW1 (capital ships like battleships for instance) and used it enmass on their neighbors who were completely unprepared. They carefully picked what worked and what didn't work after analyzing WW1 and made changes.
