Never met an MB member in ME which backs your claim. Those are American organizations as written by you, would they scream Islam will dominate the world in the US?
They are currently backing the progressive organizations and LGBT. Who said they want Islam to dominate the world? They want their organization to dominate, and are fine with compromising Islam for it.
