There is N012 AFT fire control radar in the tail, Hitting these tanks may cause complications in system efficiency, damages

Why? During flight there are loadings much harder than influence of airflow disturbances from the dumped tanks, or even from physical contact with them. I think this radar is in safety:

& more over during real flights these tanks could not be empty!

If they are not empty, they'll simply fall downwards.

Sukhoi obviously knows what they are doing

That bird can be pitched to limited MPA with awesome firepower and air defense capability. In NCW environment it could become nightmare for any Navy.
