Sukhoi as the 4th Largest Fighter Producer

Sukhoi has emerged as the 4th largest fighter manufacturer in the world. The US Lokheed is the number one with projected production of 323 fighters between the period 2008-2012. According to some sources the PAC has a target of producing 250-500 JF-17s within the next five years. If that happens PAC can claim to be the world's largest manufacturer of fighter planes.

Hmm... Manufacturing that many fighter jets over the period you've specified does not look like an achievable target for Pakistan. And any how "It's Quality and not Quantity", that pakistan should be aiming for.
