We fully support the Pakistani military’s actions in the interest of its own nation in places like Peshawar, Waziristan where Taliban terrorists create havoc on people and from where TTP train suicide bombers to attack innocent Pakistanis in their cities and towns.

The responsibility for protecting the citizens of Pakistan lies with the government and the US fully supports this great nation in its mission to eliminate homegrown insurgency.

I am fine with what all you said, but surely you meant action in Khyber agencies or the other tribal agencies rather than Peshawar?

Even now with latest operation in Mohmand Agency started one month back, the Taliban have only been carrying out attacks in the suburbs of the Peshawar city.

Advocating action there makes no sense.

How wide should the sphere of action be by your estimation? Is the current strategy solely focussing on the tribal areas, so that Afghanistan can be secured or is it abt rooting terrorism and cracking down in areas in south Punjab. What's the US' stance on action there?

Suicide training is being given in Afghanistan.
Thats where the most suicide bomber being trained and then they come to Pakistan
for their rest of poor mission.
