I think you should allow Indians to be Think Tank. If you look honestly not having them to be a mod but from other country is open negative bias but understandable. However there does not seem to have any valid reason to not have them as think tanks. I know we have Junior think tanks.

Think Tanks are also involved in more detailed and classified discussions about Pakistan and its affairs. Hence that area is off limits for Indians

I do not know if this can be a suggestion, but I am fan of @Oscar give him some reward. If possible promote him. I do not know if he renamed but there was a very intelligent Pakistani poster his username started with a.

The forun in general is very nice and I am addicted. Actually I am addicted to Pakistanis. I wish I had a friend from Pakistan but there are very few in IT in USA. Out of 1000 of Indians here I met only 1 Pakistani.

Number of posts required for auto promotion needs to be brought down, it requires thousands of posts to get promoted from full member to senior member or Elite Member….some members just to increase their posts tend to participate in threads which have no relevance to this forum…Also, people who moderates this forum should also keep check on duplicate threads being opened just by changing the subject lines.. There are few members who are habitual trolls, they just invade every thread and makes worthless and mostly offensive comments.. I don’t want to name them but there are few Chinese and BD members who are habitual thread spoilers…If Mods keep an eye on them, it will help to improve the quality of forum and posts..Also, it is expected that a Mod should play neutral and secular role.

An Indian mod

I support the idea of a mod for Indian Defence. But it wouldn't be easy to appoint a mod from among them who would be accepted by both secular Congressis and hindutva BJPs. It'd be injustice to make a secular 'congressi' moderator over a group 90% of which consists of Hindutvavadis/closet Hindutvavadis. Again it'd be a graver injustice to appoint one from Hindutvavadis considering that they are a minority of Indians in real life. Moreover given the bad history between Ind and Pak anyone selected by the mangement would be viewed with suspicion by all Indians irrespective of their party affiliation. Now we Bangladeshis are loved (and hence I dare say trusted) by Indians of both political ideologies (I can show ample evidence from history and from posts by Indians on this forum too). So I would suggest to @WebMaster to make a BD member the Int'l Mod for Indian Defence. And for the interim period you may bring it under @Loki's jurisdiction.
