Suggestions for quarantine places in Pakistan

OK,... virus is coming and our inept. govt. is obviously incapable to see beyond their nose.
Therefore, i start this thread in today's date and ask you to propose buildings which canbe used as quarantine.

My proposal, close all schools and use them as quarantine houses.
PM house and President houses should be rented out to cover the expenses.

Any more proposals?

Govt collages are best for that purpose and we also used masajid for that purpose but real problems are shortage of supplies and trained medical staff

Now i have a second thought, only schools and universities in outskirts shall be used as quarantine center.

Take over hotels. Use them as facilities. Make rich people pay for those rooms

very unlikely. Schools and colleges are already withholding very important examinations. Quarantining for 3 weeks in schools/universities doesnt seems like a great idea.

Hospitals with the right faculties are obviously the best place to keep people.

hotels would be best as each patient can be isolated in a room with all the facilities; restroom especially in their own room.

hotels far away from major population centers, in a hot climate would be best. Perhaps this will help sterilize surfaces quicker.

on the issue of People quarantined on the Pakistan Iran Border; perhaps the Chinese navy can send a hospital ship to screen and quarantined the people. As well as the Chinese could build temporary quarantine centers in Gwadar to safely treat anyone infected. They have a lot of experience, and we could sure use the help before this becomes rampant in the country.
