Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in his speech at the annual gathering of world leaders at the United Nations said that the feelings of the people in Jammu and Kashmir needed to be given more attention. “Suffering of the people of Jammu and Kashmir cannot be brushed under carpet. Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination,” Sharif said.

Sharif said that he is looking forward to meeting his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh. “I invited PM Manmohan Singh to discuss all outstanding issues, he reacted positively, I look forward to meet him,” Sharif said. Reiterating his stand that India and Pakistan should work toward peace, he said, “Our two countries have wasted massive resources in an arms race. We could have used those resources for the economic well-being of our people. We still have that opportunity. Pakistan and India can prosper together; and the entire region would benefit from our cooperation.” There has been much speculation over the meeting between Singh and Sharif, with both sides saying terror will not be an impediment in the dialogue between two countries.

Well the dialoge is not going anywhere now. Take my words for it.

.
Imo use of simple words just for the sake of saying. Should've use harsh tone instead about indian open/naked brutal terrorism in IOK/maqbooza kashmir.

. . . . .
Well if he is so concerned he should direct Let and Jud to close operations. The suffering whatever left is directly or indirectly relayed to Pakistan.

.
Kashmiris are facing worst human rights violations in Indian occupied kashmir.

. . . .
and on same day MMS says "Pakistan is still the epicentre of Terrorism".......Tomorrow both of them gonna shake hands and say we know we cant do anything... but lets talk and show the world how good we look when shake hands......

.
No wonder MMS has not much hope from the dialogue...

Cool down guys, Its just a formality on part of Nawaz Shreef. After all he has to stay in a country overflowing with fundos and establish a balance for the time being. It may also help Nawaz to pacify some fundos, farting after Pak embassy's press release regarding J&K terrorism. Today's Nawaz is not '93s Nawaz anymore.

I think we should give Shreef a chance, he looks serious as reflected by his actions in last 100 days of his govt. Ignore low life Talibaan ball lickers and fundos trying to incite emotions. They are good for nothing and are irrelevant in Indo-Pak relations.
