No, India does have nukes. But so do we. Essentially, if we go down you go down with us. So don't start any wars and things will be fine.
When you border a bunch of people who crave wars and the destruction of your people, making nukes as your first line of defence will ensure they stay in check.

Newsflash, your country is abysmal. 60% of you have no toilets, 1/3 of the world's people living in poverty come from Hindustan, you have a higher annual death rate than Pakistan, etc. Your country going away wouldn't affect the world in any way other than the fact that so many nukes being launched would likely damage the atmosphere.
