When the sappling was planted----it was inside of the circumference of the tire----why---just to protect the sappling that it does not get hit by a motorcycle or car---the tire protected it----now it has become a tree and the the tire still lays there.

I don't think these tires can survive that long in different weathers ,,Sun and rain..Look at the shape of the Tyre its still new.
