Steve Jobs credit LSD & other drugs for his creativity

I was just reading that on the Daily Mail . He belives drugs actually helped him. Would like to hear your comments on this.

It is tabloid, but they had the Actual published file of Jobs. He did interviews for his top secret clearence back in 1987. I cant quote the article, I am on my iphone.

Acid is a weird trip. Not always easy to control. And the flashbacks are always a risk for those in risky occupations or those that require operations involving fine motor/propriocptive control. Creativity is a different ballgame. Hash, grass on the other hand is relatively mild, though it does drive some susceptible ones batty over time, and the apathetic syndrome is really not conducive to productivity and drive professionally. But coming back to Jobs, what's the big deal really? Considering the generation he belonged to, he would have to be a nutcase outlier if he did not do any of the above.

No one is disrespecting Steve and this information is a fact. LSD if taken respectfully is a wonderful drug as it allows one to reflect on his life from a very different angle, you can improve your thinking process and think hard and critically. Think of it is a very ruthless but amazing teacher. One who punishes but in the end teaches you a lot.

Regardless, drugs are nice, of course there are some "bad" drugs like heroin, nothing wrong with LSD, my favorite is the good old marijuana, is it even a drug?
