Starbucks or Costa Might Be Coming to Pakistan

.
COSTA ALREADT EXIST IN PAKISTAN...GERRYS BROUGHT THEM ABOUT 16 YEARS BACK...THEIR FLAG SHIP STORE WAS AT ZAMZAMA BLVRD.
papa johns sucks... i always prefer dominos but unfortunately dominos is not halal anymore in UK.

Starbucks and Costa don't know Jack about what real coffee is. If you wanna know what real coffee is, go to Beirut, Naples or Constantinople and try some. The brands like starbucks and costa are disgusting, if you're really looking for a brand, try Illy's, tastes as advertised, Real Coffee!!! Pakistanis, don't get suckered into the bull$hit of capitalism, treat their brands with disdain and reject them. Things like Burger King, Mc Donald's, Pizza Hut. Speaking of Pizza Hut, they wouldn't know what a real pizza taste like even if they slapped in the face with a real one. Reject these pathetic and disgusting capitalist brands, find the originals, don't go for fake $hit.

Cost already came to Pakistan and wrapped up it's business, it didn't worked here, my friend was the Manager of their first franchise in Karachi. Starbucks i find over rated i am more of a Tim Horton's person (French Vanilla FTW)

You had me with you until you said French Vanilla. How do you not OD on that much sugar?

Count me in. Don't drink tea or coffee. I only drink Kashmiri tea once a year.

Javed Afridi, the 35-year-old entrepreneur, has hinted at the arrival of an international coffeehouse to Pakistan.

Taking to Twitter, the Peshawar Zalmi owner asked his followers whether they want Starbucks or Costa in Pakistan.

Founded in 1971, Costa is an England-based coffeehouse company. Coca-Cola acquired Costa in 2019 and the company has over 18,000 employees in 3,401 stores across 31 countries.
Starbucks is an American coffeehouse company that was founded in 1971. The company has over 349,000 employees in 31,256 stores across 79 countries.
Note that Costa had opened a coffeehouse in Karachi several years ago that shut down after some time.

On the other hand, Starbucks, a few years back, clarified that the company had no plans in opening coffeehouses in Pakistan.
However, both companies might reconsider their decisions considering the current wave of coffee culture in Pakistan that has seen coffeehouses sprouting up everywhere.

Their pizza is actually half decent.
I live in America. DON'T ALLOW STARBUCKS INTO PAKISTAN. their coffee tastes like shit and they'll kick out all the other coffee places because Islamabadi burgers will want to drink Starbucks instead of local places or Gloria Jeans because its more "American".

American here.. Starbucks coffee in my opinion is definitely overhyped. Very bitter
