If China is ready to understand Indian concerns on the matter of the stapled visas and does away with it, this is a step in the right direction and has nothing to one country bowing to other. There will be concessions that India will also have to make and that is not bowing. It is reciprocation and that is how things can move forward on matters where there can be a clear understanding. So this decision of China has nothing to do with bowing.

they tried surrendering to japan twice, once in 1931 and once in 1937. it was so bad that they ordered the governor of manchuria to not attack the invading japanese army even though manchuria alone had more tanks, planes and soldiers than japan. last year a japanese warship rammed a taiwanese fishing boat, did they dare say anything? no. does japan ram mainland fishing boat? no, only taiwan's, because they know the nationalists don't dare say anything. think before you talk.
