Sri Lankan President to visit China next week

May 19, Colombo: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa will undertake an official visit to China next week.

President Rajapaksa during his visit would focus on further strengthening bilateral ties between the two nations and discuss obtaining further support for Sri Lanka's development activities.

This will be President's 6th tour of China, first after the election of China's new President Xi Jinping.
