It is clearly Sri lanka's choice to agree or not to agree there are no doubts on that, the problem is we lose a lot of fishermen and we are trying to stop that, we are talking about discussing and not going to war. What is the fuss all about.

If that is the case give back kachativu which v given to SL some decades ago. We having full rights to get kachativu back even by force. If v got the island back we will get 22nautical miles territory then there won't be any fisherman issues. Supreme court should finish the case ASAP.

can you show in a map how you're gonna claim 22nautical miles ? Your Supreme court's decisions not valid for Sri Lanka.

There are no rights for Indian fishermen to come into SL waters.

Gets ur facts correct. Congress govt. given the island to SL in 1974 that's is purely unconstitutional. If our supreme court issued that order means our mighty forces will execute, i think our forces won't face any resistance frm ur side ,do you????.

That is crucial matter here. Do u knw the formal procedure to hand over our territories to other countries?? Congress hand it over the territory without the consent of parliament have knw that???. Nehru given that island to SL was his own wish ,so we can't consider his wish as our India decision.

Its not even purely bilateral agreement then how come International policy come into the picture? they can't bring this issue at UN persual.

See we are not invading others territories v just want our territory back that's it . If u refused we will use our force. Who will support ?? china ??? that in Indian ocean. ok for an argument if china supports SL in wat way that move would be beneficial to China?? I don't think China will risk its big trading partner India for a sake of Island.
