The nuclear deal between Pakistan and Srilanka will not go through, India had it covered. Chinese are worried if they offer Nuclear deal to Lanka, India will do the same to Vietnam and Phillipines so they are sending Pakistan.

But India and US are on one camp when it comes to China and will not let it go through
