This picture has a lot of meaning. It's not just three heads of state standing together for a photo op. This alliance has already achieved quite a bit, in terms of stability in Sri Lanka. In the future it will define an axis in South Asia which will likely include Bangladesh and a few other countries also (e.g. Burma), depending on how domestic politics there shake out.
