Sri lanka New Prison expirment

A new prison in sri lanka aims to provide rewards and privileges to prisoners for positive behavior, such as access to a 25-meter pool facility. Educational programs will be implemented aimed at reducing the risk of persons who have committed crimes of a violent and/or se xual nature, positive progress in these programs will be rewarded.

Sri lanka expects to roll out similar such facilities island wide depending on statistics of the number successfully rehabilitated.

Not even all the prisons in the world can hold the number of Indian rapists. Besides they are incorrigible.. it's in the genes.

You're having a wet dream, that will never happen. They will be released and when they do it's up to india to control how much risk they present. Educational programs goes a long way in mitigating the risk of them committing another crime, by reinforcing positive behavior with rewards.
