Dude what BS is this?? Has the SL informed the Indian authorities earlier that these two were terrorists??? SO do you presume that Indian authorities should have got a dream that these 2 srilankans are terrorists and had to arrest and hand them to SL based on that dream.

if they were sponsored by RAW then they would have definitely had guns and ammunition with them...otherwise they are just normal srilankan tamils returning to their home...legally or illegally is question for srilankan authorities to answer because these people are srilankan tamils...
