lol mate we didn't invite India to make houses, they wanted to have but still they have finished around 1000 but still they haven't given those to any (may be expect just 300 houses). Tamils live in North is around 4.8% then if you think all Tamils are uneducated in SL then you are an idiot. Again, some percentage of Sri Lankans Moors also face exams in Tamil medium in SL. How ever SL higher education sector is not up to the standard. SL has to do more though. Or the 98% literacy rate would not benefit the country as it should be.

98% literacy is a big achievement and Friend Rome was not built in a day ...If SL keeps on same track & make policies to encourage high studies ...it can be achieved !

And dude ..India is not a Super Power and it wont b for few decades to come.

It is still developing and has long way to go ahead

have you ever visit Srilanka?. My friends are Tamil Srilankan and they said that Tamilian are most educated society in Srilanka. And if you have ant link regarding your claim please post or otherwise stop teasing us.
