Dude - when your army is conducting operation zarb-e-whatever, the media is not even allowed in. Liberty and freedoms are much less than that in Kashmir. Just because you don't have a name for it doesn't mean you don't have it. AFSPA is simply a law, it's not like the military rules in Kashmir. Heck, the army doesn't even fight in Kashmir - only the Rashtriya Rifles and CRPF and Jammu-Kashmir police are deployed across the state.
