If Spain National Courts cares really for Human rights and the rights of minority or those who are persecuted and killed and not only like the LaHaye Criminal Court Justice which judged only anti-westerns criminals, then it should also examine the case of Barak Obama for the mass killing of women and children in drone attaks in pakistan and Yemen. This court should also issue arrest order against Western "war criminals" like George Bush, US soldiers etc and not only issue arrest orders against exclusively non-westerners or against people from countries who are challenging the Western hegemony or colonial mindset. Why there is no Spanish filing case against the genocide on Indians committed by Spanish conquistadores or against Croatian army leaders for killing Muslims Bosnians.
