By what right does the Spanish court deals with such things? It is the prerogative of international courts created specifically for this purpose.
Anyway it's time to create an alternative international court for example in Vladivostok and deal the cases about genocide of negroes, American Indians, Aborigines of Australia, the Opium Wars, both World Wars and other crimes committed by the West.

No. There should be more in the country name list. For instance: Japan, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, most Eastern European countries and some Northern European countries.

Russia has destroyed Western Imperialism (mostly, not 100%). Russia defeated Hitler. Russia maintains nuclear parity with the United States.
If and where to place new non-Western International Court of Justice, it is only in Russia. Or, for example, in Mongolia, under the joint Russian-Chinese patronage.
