Keeping aside the situation of girls in India, this specific poster in Spain is definitely either fake image meant for something else. Why would a country put a poster about India which is no way related to each other?

You have to think for a moment about the authenticity of the tweet. The tweet is shared by a Khotestani anti-Indian poster. And the most important point is how many Non-Indian origin Spanish people come to visit India?? Ito may be very negligible. India is not a Europe or Western country to which Non-South Asian people will visit for tourism. And whoever comes up to India, they are either from India or comes for some work that can not be avoided.
