South Korea interested in building a nuclear power plant in Bangladesh: Ambassador

Below is the excerpt from the wiki. Please read it carefully. South Korea has reached maturity and is able to build a station in BD.

"South Korea is seeking to export its nuclear technology, with a goal of exporting 80 nuclear reactors by 2030. As of 2010, South Korean companies have reached agreements to build a research reactor in Jordan, and four APR-1400 reactors in the United Arab Emirates".
Korea is nothing and neither is Japan when it comes to tech. Neither country has produced a single original tech in the modern world. They have simply taken western tech and tweaked it a bit. Each is where it is with western assistance.

Tech centre of the world is US, UK and to lessor extent EU.

Korean nuclear tech.... pull the other one.. Japan and Korea has whatever US will give it and it will always be legacy tech.

When it comes to nuclear .... beyond the west only Russia and China has it. BD has joined in partnership with Russia and now it is tied and must utilise them for future expansion. Its just simple common sense.

Japan spent 100s of billions trying to produce an aircraft engine - FAILED. Rolls Royce still rules.

Japan tried its hand in chip design - again failed and massively overpaid for UK’s ARM.

German cars are still the most sought after. Japan and Korea still in the mid market.

Japan and Korea are the product of US gift. And are completely subservient to USA.

Mistri bhai keeps bigging up Japan. All I see is empty ill fitting suits.

Even Israel has more original high end tech than the Japs and Koreans put together.

Hindutva fool is easily triggered.... here comes the hyper original insults...forgive him... probably gets shafted all day long by some 4 foot jap with bad teeth.

I mean jap cars are ok as a midrange car... have had toyota in my student days, honda after and currently nissan as a run around. But as a primary car never... the finishing is crap... test drove a lexus once.... there is a reason why they are 15% cheaper than german cars. No refinement.

Bloody UK kitchen boy, better you learn the history of the development of technology. The basic thing is technology is developed by one person or a group of persons in one single country.

Engineers, technicians, researchers, and developers in the same or other countries learn it through many years of perseverance and create similar or better things than the original.

Idiot, were the Wright brothers from Europe? Was James Watt from France? Was Einstein from the UK? Was Stephen Hawkings an American? Was Christopher Columbus a British? Was Thomas Savery an Italian? Was the transistor radio invented by France?

I understand a stupid Sudra as shallow as you never heard the names above. But, hundreds of people like them from different nationalities invented many hundreds of technologies, and talented people in other countries including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and now China learned and adopted them successfully.

However, BD is unable to emulate the production of even commercial needles or a pair of HTB. India can do many things but not the Sudra people of BD like you.

Yet, Sudras like you claim BD is full of talented people.

So basicly you agree that neither korea nor Japan has invented anything, which is a 180° about face.

Why you bought your crappy country india into the conversation is unclear, only thing its famous for is being the street shitter and rape capital of the world.

in the last two hundred years, Japan and Korea copy many tech from the west, before that, they copied everything from China.

If you look at top range household appliances - they are all German.

Bosch is my go to choice. Always tops Which rankings.

Then you have British invented Dyson - albeit pompous and overpriced.

I would never buy Jap or Korean crap for my house. As you said, no refun

Chinese (too many to list), Indian (digit zero), Muslim (algebra, telescope and literature etc) and Christians (too many to name) have invented many things.

Japan is often lumped in with these great civilisations.

I never understood why?

All I know is that they are extremely organised and work hard. But have zero original inventions or theories to their name.

BTW:
Bosch's household appliances are manufactured by two Chinese agent manufacturers, Longyun and Zhipu.
Bosch is only responsible for labeling and sales.

When Bosch starts making nuclear plants and infranstructure in BD then you can start shit-talking S. Korea and Japan, OK? I'm no fan of S. Korea myself but it's idiotic to downplay them.

From the top of my head, these two countries are some of the most innovative in the world and most of home appliances/electronics come from them. Hell, Japan literally invented the modern Asian urban life as we know it (apartment, TV, fridge, computer, laptop, mobile phone, high speed train).

That's not to mention their modern cultural exports (anime, video games, drama), which are superpower-level in their own despite the small landmass.

If BD had received the amount of help from USA as Korea and Japan - we would have done more than clone the west.

Mughal Bengal was the richest region in Asia. And we did that without help from the west.

Neither Japan or Korea or China clone the west, they make their own culture based on inspiration of the West, and these cultures now even triumph the West, and the West crave East Asian media/culture.

Maybe if you go back to the past and change so that India/Pakistan/BD got supported by the US (Pakistan actually kind of did and still does), South Asia might more developed and its culture can beat like West like East Asia is doing now (that's a big maybe), but there's no denial that right now outside of the West, only E. Asia has risen above it and it's more due to their own hard works rather than any kind of western support.

We don’t need the west to support us.

We just need the buggers to leave us alone.

The US is never going to leave anyone alone, it's called a "hegemony" for a reason, world is a crab basket for them.

And dude, you say this while you live in the freakin' UK? What will happen if they decide to deport you tomorrow?

EDIT: I have realized that I'm kind of off-topic. Anyway, I think this news is kinda half and half, I do think nuclear technology is worth investing in, but full scale nuclear plant is old style, we should focus on building or buying the Small Modular Reactor (SMR) that's been the rage lately.

I am a British citizen by birth. So, where will they deport me to? BD? Why would BD take me?

Bit of a stupid analogy!!!
