you are right no body is going to care about what others say, its not as if japan/SK is going to sever ties with pakistan.

But when pakistans NSG application comes for review , it will make every cracker burst like an atom bomb explosion. Given that NK has tested a real one, pakistan's chance now looks like a distant supernova looks colorful but cannot reach it. If I were in Indian diplomatic corps would certainly send bouquet of flowers congratulating NK on behalf of pakistan. That would be one hell of a joke ;)

It would be shortsighted to believe that the North's continues testing and abilities are solely through Pakistan. They're East Asian remember that, they do have considerable technical skills, even with scant resources.
As for the NSG, that's for Pakistan'g government to deal with.

Well you should try telling that to japan/korea. A country like japan which came very hard on India for possessing nuclear weapons , refused to have nuclear trade. They had to be prodded by US , given this it is very unlikely that NSG application by pakistan will sail through without opposition from japan.

You can't talk about Japan or Korea, as it is clearly evident they haven't said a word, and probably won't. As for Pakistan's NSG application, I agree, it will be fraught with difficulty.

Mate, thats how diplomacy is done. did any one raise any objection against India publicly but we did get to know few objected during the voting. Again you are dealing with East asians who just like us do not convey the message in a straight forward manner.
Their silence is certainly pretty ominous at the best.

Diplomacy covers a diverse range, but anything associated with a threat against national security will be voiced with at least a vocal concern, there hasn't been anything. As for the East Asian way, Japan is vocal about N.Korea, as is the South and China condemned them as well. The Eastern folk don't go down the route joining this with that and blaming x. They deal with the threat in front of them and move on. You're reading too much into this.
