Recently, there has been a highlight on the social media for a missing person, Suleman Farooq Chaudari.
Suleman is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from UET Taxila. He then completed his MS in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad. He recently secured admission in Lamar University, Texas for his Phd. His friends say he was now preparing for the CSS exam.
Suleman went missing from Bahria Town phase 3 Islamabad on the 4th of October and his kidnappers haven't contacted anybody since. His family says he has had no political or religious affiliations. However, a large section of people are pointing fingures at the law enforcement agencies for abducting him specially after a facebook post he made on the 21st of September in which he critisized an unknown officer for an act unbecoming of his profile. The officer claims to be the course mate of the COAS. I have attached the relevant facebook posts he made on the topic.
Many have criticized the LEAs for abductions before and some people are quick to label Suleman's case as a forceful abduction specially after no body has contacted the family for ransom money till now. LEAs involved or not but now efforts must be made for the safe recovery of this individual. The state is the protector of the citizens' life and honor.
