Afghans have been systematically brain-washed for almost 2 decades. Every incident that happens in Afghanistan, their govt and media claims that it was Pakistan. They have dreams of invading and occupying Pukhtoon and Baloch areas of Pakistan and they think that Pakistanis Pukhtoons will rise up against Pakistan to join Afghanistan in name of creating Pukhtoonistan/Pashtunistan.
They don't realize that Pukhtoons of Pakistan (except a very tiny minority) do not care about Pashtunistan. They are happy being part of Pakistan, they have fend off attacks previously from the eastern side and will happily do it again. They also need to understand that there are more Pukhtoons on the Pakistan side than the whole population of Afghanistan. Secondly why would Baloch want to be part of Pashtunistan?
This mindset of Afghans will need to be changed. We need to start Pakistani media coverage in Afghanistan and maybe even start out own media channels in Afghanistan that will counter the narrative that is being bombarded at them everyday.
This is the war propaganda and we need to counter it with urgency. We need to setup pro-Pakistani channels in local languages in not just Afghanistan but in Iran, South Asian countries, Central Asian countries and middle-east.
But for that to happen we need to clean up our media channels first and eliminate all anti Pakistani channels like Geo and Express.
