You are 100% correct. But the danger is that (as we have seen right here) people will read this and believe it. That does nothing helpful for anybody.

Satire is great, but it must be written in such a way that 100% of those reading it will recognize it as satire.

The problem with this guy is that he is doing exactly what he accuses others of: being too paranoid. To be more specific, he claims that Pakistanis see conspiracies everywhere but when in fact he is seeing conspiracy theories everywhere. Many conspiracy theories that are associated with Pakistanis aren't even that popular in Pakistan.
