italian government took matter in un tribunal as its a internatinal marine laws (Italy had invoked the arbitration procedure under a United Nations convention before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in June.),they told tht it happened in international waters so no indian jurisdiction but ruled against them , also they told indian to suspend till they deliver the verdict and stoped the proceeding in italy, so as india provided the proof with arguments so we have to wait sometime
